Biography
Suzanne
Nam is a contributing editor for Forbes Magazine, where she covers business in
Asia. She has written about some of the regionŐs wealthiest entrepreneurs, from
Philippine gambling mogul Andrew Tan to ThailandŐs former prime minister
Thanksin Shinawatra. Suzanne has also just written a guidebook about Thailand
for Avalon Press and is currently working on a city guide to Bangkok for the
same imprint.
In
addition to her work at Forbes, Suzanne can also occasionally be heard on
American Public MediaŐs Marketplace and seen on Channel News Asia covering
breaking news from ThailandŐs 2006 coup to the devastating cyclone that hit
Burma in 2007.
Suzanne
has a masters degree from the Columbia School of Journalism. Before becoming a
reporter, Suzanne practiced law in Boston, Massachusetts.
